Freedom Baptist church was founded in 1988 with thirty five charter members. The church first met in an old country diner on US Highway 27 South in Stanford. Through prayer and allowing God to guide, Freedom was led to its present location on US Highway 27 North.
FREEDOM'S GOALS ARE:
· To reach a lost world for Christ as Jesus stated in Acts 1:8.
“But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and all Jedua, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
· To allow everyone to freely serve as God has directed
· To be a church that makes everyone feel welcome.
